Group Swim Lessons
- For ages 6 Months to 16 years
- 8 levels of swimming; refer to Swim Level Class Descriptions
- All lessons taught in accordance with Red Cross Standards
- Progressive swim level standards; each level builds on the previous level
- Progress Reports given out at the end of each Group Lesson or Private Lesson
- Advancement Certificates for all students moving up a level at the end of the session
- Year Round LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAMS
- FALL – SPRING LEARN TO SWIM
- Four 6 week sessions with 2 weeks off between sessions
- September thru mid June
- SUMMER LEARN TO SWIM
- Four 2 week sessions (3 classes a week) and one 6 week session (1 class a week on Sat)
- late June thru mid August
- SCHOOL VACATION WEEK LEARN TO SWIM
- Five lessons in one week
- Holiday , winter and spring breaks
- Swim Lesson Class Schedules for all Learn to Swim Programs can be obtained at the Front Desk, in the Aquatic Center, via email and at www.theworkoutclub.com prior to the scheduled registration date.

Private Swim Lessons
- Ages 3 ½ years (no swim diaper) to adults
- Half hour lesson of intensive 1 on 1 instruction or Semi-Private with 2 to 1 instruction
- Single lesson, 5 lesson or 10 lesson packages
- Rates available by calling the Aquatic Center
- Call the Aquatics Director to schedule a lesson
Jr. Swim Program
- For the competitive or non-competitive advanced swimmer
- Pre-team swimming
- Refine swim strokes, build endurance and muscle strength, promote safety and prevent injuries
- Year round program
- 6 week session September thru mid June; 1 class a week for one hour
- 5 week session late June thru mid August; 1 class a week for one hour
- Daily; late June thru mid August; 4 classes in one week
- Ages 11-17
- Level 4-6 swim abilities required
Swim Team
R.A.Y.S. (Rockingham Area Youth Swim)
- Refer to www.rays-nh.org
- David Grilli, Head Coach
- For ages 5-18
- Basic and Strong Swim Skills required
- Registered with U.S.A. Swimming
- Competes regularly throughout the year
- Seasons run September – April and May – August
- Learn fundamentals of swim racing to swim competitively
Daycares and Pre-Schools
- 30 minute swim lesson
- 15 minutes of open swim time with lifeguards on duty
- Group Rates available; call the Aquatic Center
Scout Groups
- One hour and 30 minutes of pool time
- Swim lesson and safety lesson
- Swim Testing to satisfy for some badge requirements
- Group Rates available; call the Aquatic Center
Group Parties
- For birthdays, scouts, or any youth group event.
- Pool rental with a lifeguard on duty and party room rental
- Bring in whatever you need or want for food or decorations
- Party room has tables, chairs, refrigerator, counter space
- Call the Aquatic Center for rates and to book a party
Pool Rental
- The Splash Pool and Waterslide are available for parties.
- Rates available upon request
Family Swim and Open Swim
- Check pool schedules and Splash Pass flyer for Family Swim times
- Lifeguards are not on duty for Family Swim. The lifeguards are only responsible for the waterslide. It is the sole responsibility of parents to supervise their children.
- All children 14 and under must be accompainied by a parent in the pool area. All children 6 and under or needing flotation devices must have a parent in the pool with them at all times. Diapers are not allowed in the pools. Swim diapers are required with a rubber pant over it.
Aquacize
- Aerobic Water Exercise; refer to Aerobic Workout Schedule for class descriptions
- Refer to Main Pool Schedule for days and times
A.F.A.P.
- Arthritis Exercise Program; refer to Aerobic Workout Schedule for class description
- Refer to Main Pool Schedule for days and times
Pool Schedules
- Schedules for the Therapy and Main Pool indicate open times and open lap lanes
- Updated regularly every 6-7 weeks
- Schedules change around the swim lesson schedule
- Can be obtained at Front Desk, Aquatic Center and at www.theworkoutclub.com
AQUATIC CENTER HOURS
Monday – Thursday: 4:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 4:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
