- Body Pump: Muscle training using the iron grip system and free weights, lifting to the tempo of the mucic. Concentrates on all the major muscle groups. Great for beginners thru advance.
- Cycle: Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike. Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. You may call up to 1-hour before the start of class to reserve a bike. All levels are welcome to attend!
- Hi/Lo Aerobics: Aerobic floor routines with or without the hop.
- Low & Tone : Low impact aerobics & toning. Great for beginners!
- Open Yoga: This class is a practice of breathing, posture, and meditation techniques designed to help realign the physical body in a way which creates strength, openness, and suppleness. Each posture has a specific effect on the body and when combined with other postures the effects can be used to heal, raise energy,and soothe.
- Pilates : Muscle Sculpting workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning the abdominal area while working all major muscle groups of the body.
- Pilates Core: 30 mins of abdominal training.
- Step: Easy to follow choreographed step class.
- Step Interval: Cardio stepping that incorporates muscle conditioning utilizing the principles of work and recovery intervals.
- Super Step: Advanced step choreography class.
- Super Step Plus: 75 min advanced step choreography class.
- Triple T (Tighten/Trim/Tone): Total Body Workout.
- YogaFlex: This Yoga based class is designed to increase both strength & flexibility by combining resistance training and extensive flexibility work.
- Yogalates: A mix of Yoga and Pilates. The best of both worlds.
- Zumba: An exciting and unique dance class using latin moves and rhythms. Great for all levels of fitness!
- Abdominal Training is completed at the end of most classes
CLASS POLICIES: - 1. Please arrive on time for class and stay for entire class.
- 2. Please don’t enter studio until the previous class has finished.
- 3. NO STREET SHOES on aerobic floor.
- 4. The use of water bottles is encouraged for every class.
