  • Bell Dancing:  A fun way to work your core.  Great for all levels of fitness!
  • Caribbean Rhythm:  A fun energizing class that works your entire body.  You will start with cardio type dance moves then go to weights and floor leg work finishing off with abs.  Great for all levels!
  • Cycle: Cardiovascular indoor bike training class on a Schwinn Cycle Bike . Bring a water bottle. Please arrive early if you are new to the class. All levels are welcome to attend! You may call up to 1-hour before the start of class to reserve your bike.
  • Forever Young Fitness: This class is designed for anyone who would like a slower paced aerobic class. This class is great for all levels, especially seniors and beginners!
  • Hi/Lo Aerobics: Aerobic floor routines with or without the hop.
  • Hi/Lo Interval: Aerobic floor routines with or without the hop with intervals of muscle toning.
  • Hi/Lo Sculpt: Aerobic floor routines with or without the hop finishing off with muscle toning.
  • Kickboxing:  Kickboxing techniques that increase cardiovascular training.  Fun class to get the heart pumping.
  • Low & Tone : Low impact aerobics & toning. Great for beginners!
  • Pilates:  Pilates is a muscle-sculpting workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning the abdominal, back, and hip areas.  Proper form is essential!
  • Pilates 'n Pump: Muscle-sculpting workout that concentrates on strengthening and toning the abdominal area while working all major muscle groups of the body.
  • Power Pump : Total Body Muscle Workout.
  • Step & Abs:  Cardio Stepping within your targeted heart rate followed by abdominal work.
  • Step & Pump: Cardio Stepping within your targeted heart rate followed by muscle sculpting.
  • Super Step: Advanced step choreography class.
  • Super Step & Pump: Advanced step choreographed class finishing with muscle toning.
  • YogaFlex: This Yoga based class is designed to increase both strength & flexibility by combining resistance training and extensive flexibility work.
  • Zumba: An exciting and unique class using latin moves and rhythms. Great for all levels of fitness! 
  • Abdominal Training is completed at the end of most classes

CLASS POLICIES:

1. Please arrive on time for class and stay for entire class.

2. Please don’t enter studio until the previous class has finished.

3. NO STREET SHOES on aerobic floor.

4. The use of water bottles is encouraged for every class.

WCWC reserves the right to cancel classes if attendance remains low.
