My story in September 2006 when I
walked into WCWC. I was 42, four
children, 172 lbs, and in excess of 31%
body fat. I had trained for many years
without much result. My goal - to be the
healthiest I could be for a long life with
my family. After a drastic career change
which affected me personally and
professionally I was at an all time low.
I had tried many years with other area
personal training facilities. In January,
I still wasn’t pleased with my results, but
I realized this was “my fault.”I became
very aware of my nutrition and exercise
program. I followed all of my
instructions, like it or not! I have
faithfully exercised with Debi, Terri, and
Cindy. I cannot believe that what we
callsuch “hard work” and it is, could be
so much fun!!! I was amazed today to
find out I have lost 14 pounds, 6.3% body
fat, and 10.5”! With special thanks to
