A fitness consultation is a personalized, one-on-one session with our fitness manager. Here’s what you can expect:
  • Share Your Story – We’ll chat about your health history, workout background, personal goals, and anything else you’d like us to know—whether it’s a past injury, preferred training style, or specific focus areas.

  • Walk Through Your Day-to-Day – We’ll dive into your daily routine—how active you are, your eating habits, what your job looks like day-to-day—so we get the full picture of how best to support you.

  • Assess Your Movement and Fitness – You might do a quick posture or mobility check, or even some basic fitness assessments. Tools like the InBody scan can help us see where you’re starting from.

  • Set Your Goals – Together, we’ll map out realistic, personal goals that align with what you want—whether that’s fat loss, strength gains, more flexibility, or overall wellness.

  • Explore Your Training Options – Based on everything we’ve covered, your fitness manager will walk you through how personal training can help. You’ll get recommendations on session frequency, trainer match, and even tips on other services at the club that could help you reach your goals faster.

When you’re ready to schedule a fitness consultation, fill out a quick form, and one of our fitness managers will get back to you within 24 hours.

When you’re enrolled in one of our monthly personal training programs, you’ll get:

  • A full InBody Scan every month to track your body composition and monitor your progress.
  • One-on-one personal training sessions with a certified personal trainer.
  • Custom workout plans designed specifically for you by your trainer.

If you’re looking for expert guidance without going solo, small group training is a great fit. You’ll enjoy the energy and motivation of a team setting, all while working with certified trainers who keep every session challenging, supportive, and engaging.

The Workout Club’s preferred certifications and educational qualifications include:

  • Current CPR certification
  • Certification from an organization recognized by the Workout Club (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, NCSF, ACE, AFAA, NESTA, TRX, and PTA Global)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A degree in a related field is preferred (such as exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, physical education, nutrition, fitness specialist, etc.)

The Workout Club does not permit personal training by individuals who are not certified staff members. Violating this policy will result in immediate loss of membership for members or loss of guest privileges for non-members.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations must be made by phone or in person with your trainer during regular business hours.

Please note that cancellations through the front desk are not permitted. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling.

For your convenience, we offer both 30-minute and 60-minute personal training options.

All inquiries regarding freezes or cancellations must be made through [email protected] or directly with the fitness manager at the club where you signed up. Trainers do not take cancellation or freeze requests.

There are a few accepted reasons for canceling your personal training contract and receiving a refund. Please refer to your Personal Training Agreement or contact your home club to inquire.

We want your training experience to be both positive and effective! If your current trainer doesn’t feel like the right match, just let us know. We’ll gladly connect you with another trainer who’s a better fit for your goals and preferences.
