Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals
- Constantly look to improve your sales skills to sell memberships.
- Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Constantly look to self-generate leads and fill your sales funnel.
- Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services
- Achieve and exceed monthly goal quota.
- You will create an energetic and friendly environment for all members
- You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features, and amenities
- You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person
- Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach and walk-ins.
- Build long-term memberships and build referral base.
- Stay up to date on company pricing and promotions
- Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
- Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales.
- Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring faciling is clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services
- Previous sales experience preferred with a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy working within a team
- Strong time management skills and practices
- Strong customer service skills
- CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of being hired
- Basic computer proficiency

Work Environment:
This job operates in a health club environment. This position routinely deals with club employees, members, and vendors. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is a high paced environment.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non-exempt full-time position with varied hours based on business needs. This position requires some mornings, evenings, and weekend hours.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
