What kind of classes does The Workout Club have?
At The Workout Club, our group classes are designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or a seasoned pro. You’ll find a wide variety of options across all locations, including Les Mills, Step, Body Pump, Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, Dance, and so much more!

What should I expect in my first class? Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! Our classes are challenging but designed for all fitness levels. We focus on progress, not perfection, and we make sure working out is fun for everyone!
What are the certifications required to be a group fitness instructor?
Candidates must have a relevant fitness or education certification, background, or degree, along with a minimum of 2 years of group instruction experience. AFAA and/or ACE certifications are strongly recommended. CPR certification is required.
Are there beginner’s classes?
Our classes are made for everyone, no matter your fitness level! Our instructors are super supportive and always happy to adjust things based on what you need.
Do group fitness classes cost extra?
No! All of our group fitness, spin, and aqua fit classes are included with your membership! Class schedules and programs can vary by location, so be sure to check in with your home gym for the latest details.
Does the Workout Club offer aqua fitness classes?
Yes, we do! Our water-based cardio classes are great for building strength and endurance, while also helping improve balance and flexibility. Check out the schedules to find your next class!
How do I sign up for classes?
To sign up for a class, just download our app from your app store and tap ‘Find A Class.’
You can also reserve your spot on a desktop by clicking the Login To Reserve Now button on the Group Class Schedule page.
How do I download the Workout Club mobile app?
Access all your gym tools, classes & updates by downloading our app from your preferred app store.

- Search for your gym’s name
- Tap Download or the cloud icon
- Once installed, open the app and log in or sign up

After I download the app, how do I book and cancel classes?
Once you’ve downloaded the app, booking or canceling a class is quick and easy.
To Book a Class- Start by clicking on “FIND A CLASS”
- Scroll down to the day/class you are looking for, then click “BOOK”. (please note you can only book classes 48 hours in advance). To change your location, click the filter tab on the top right.
- Click “AGREE & BOOK” to confirm.
- Your class will be confirmed at the top of your home page on the date you are booked.
- Under Things to Do Today on the home page of your app, go to the date your class is booked.
- Click on the class you want to cancel.
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner and then click “Cancel class booking” on the bottom of the screen and confirm yes or no.
If the class says CLASS FULL can I still sign up?
If a class is full, it means the maximum number of participants has been reached. We do not offer a waitlist, so if you’re unable to attend, please cancel your spot as a courtesy to others.
Do I need to sign up for classes?
Yes, you must register in advance to attend any group exercise or spinning class. Members with the appropriate membership can register through our Workout Club App or our website, following our policy that allows registration up to 72 hours before the class begins.
If I'm running late for class, can someone hold my spot?
We’re all for gym buddies, but only you can book and claim your spot in class.
When do I need to arrive by for a scheduled class?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to allow time for parking and settling in. Bring water, a towel, and a great attitude to give it your all! If you’re a new member, plan to arrive 30 minutes early to complete a waiver and get any questions answered.
Does Workout Club classes have a waitlist?
We currently do not offer waitlists for classes. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you can’t make it, please cancel your booking to allow others to join.
How far in advance can I sign up for classes?
Classes may be booked up to 72 hours in advance.
How frequently does The Workout Club change the class schedules?
We make changes to our class schedules quarterly based on the needs of each location.
