Dear Valued Workout Club Member,

Based on the Governor of N.H.’s latest announcement and guidelines, we will be re-opening our Salem & Londonderry locations on a limited schedule and basis starting Monday, June 1st.  Manchester’s opening will come later, based on our State’s update. Our opening and closing hours will be as follows:

Monday-Thursday from 7am – 8pm,

Friday from 7am-5pm,

Saturday 7am-4pm and Sunday’s 7am-1pm.  Hours may be subject to change.

We remain committed to providing our members with a clean and safe environment to get healthy, feel strong, and be happy. We understand you may have a lot of questions, so we’ve done our best to answer them below.

Personal and Team Training on the Fitness Floor, Group Fitness, and Pools, all with limited capacity. Please note, members cannot freely come in to workout on the gym floor on their own. Further instructions to come on scheduling your workouts.

Per the State guidelines, the steam room, sauna, and hot tub will not be in serviceChildcare will not immediately reopen. We will expand updates as we receive updated guidance from the State of N.H.  Look for updates on our website for swim lessons, birthday parties, Ninja Fitness and summer camp.

Access to locker rooms will be restricted to bathroom use only. Lockers and private showers will not be in operation.  At this time, personal gym bags are prohibited in the gym.  Please plan to arrive workout or swim ready as our locker rooms will not be accessible.  Swimmers can rinse on the pool deck and change in our cabanas.  Toilets and sinks are available.

In addition to existing continuous cleaning protocols, we will add a deep-cleaning, and disinfecting process throughout the day and night, including between member workouts.  We have increased the size of our maintenance team to clean during peak hours with a focus on “touch points” as well as asking all team members to support these rigorous cleaning protocols.  In addition to our cleaning protocols, we have taken extra steps to ensure physical distancing upon entering and exiting our clubs. Members will be required to disinfect any equipment they use. Disinfectant spray bottles will be easily accessible to members during their workout.

Employees will be required to wear face masks, while in the clubs. We request that members wear face coverings upon entering and exiting our clubs.  If possible, we encourage all members that are not actively engaged in vigorous workouts wear their masks as much as possible to keep everyone safe.

Our billing company, ABC Financial, WILL NOT RESUME MONTHLY EFT BILLING for all our gym members until we are able to fully open our gym floors. Therefore, any member that is desiring or wanting to participate in our June Social Fitnessing, will be required to pay our daily or weekly walk in fee.  Paid in full members will continue to have their time extended until we fully open our gym floors.

Our daily walk in fee is $10 for members and $15 for non-members (with a NH license).

Our weekly pass fee is $30.

Personal Training clients will not be charged a daily fee when working with their trainer.

Based on the State of NH guidelines, general access to our facilities will not be initially available but we anticipate updated guidance from the governor within a few weeks.
