Personal Training

Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level? Our certified personal trainers want to help you, whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply feel better. We offer one-on-one and semi-private personal training for our members, each of which will be tailored to your specific fitness levels and goals.

To begin the process, your trainer will have an initial fitness test to determine your starting fitness level and discuss your goals for the sessions. Then, your trainer will develop a workout plan that will allow you to safely and efficiently improve your fitness level and meet your goals.

There’s no more hitting the snooze button on Monday morning and curling up for another 30 minutes of sleep. Your trainer is waiting on you, and you’ll be all the better for it. You’ll meet the goals you set sooner than you could on your own, and you’ll have an encouraging coach to cheer you on along the way.

Our trainers at The Workout Club are dedicated to our members and helping them meet the goals they set for themselves – and then some. They are fully certified and go through continuous training to ensure they stay up-to-date on the trends in personal fitness to provide our members with top-notch training that goes above and beyond the typical gym.
