There's poolside fun all year long at The Workout Club!

Enjoy year-round aquatic fitness and relaxation in the indoor pool at our Londonderry gym. With lap swimming, aquatic group exercise, swim lessons, and kids’ programs, there are exercise options for everyone! The lap pool measures 25 yards one way—50 yards per lap—providing plenty of space for a great swim workout.

Need to unwind? Head to the hot tub or warm water pool—perfect for relaxing sore muscles, recovering after a workout, or simply taking a well-deserved break. The warm water pool ranges from 3 to 4.6 feet deep, while the Londonderry Pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet.

• A parent must accompany children under age 14 in the pool area.

• A parent must be in the water with children age 5 and under.

• If a child can’t swim on their own, a parent must be in the water with them.

• Children wearing swim diapers must also wear a rubber diaper cover.

• Everyone must shower before entering the water.
