Welcome to Your Go-To Indoor Lap Pool in Salem

Make a splash all year long at the indoor pool at our Salem gym! Whether you’re into lap swimming, group water workouts, swim lessons, or kids’ programs, we’ve got something for everyone. The lap pool is 25 yards one way—50 yards a lap—with a depth ranging from 4 to 9 feet, making it ideal for both casual swimmers and serious training.

At least 1 lap lane is available most times throughout the day for lap swimming, exercise or family swimming. We encourage swimmers to share space if needed.

Salem has a Family pool and Splash Zone area along with a Water Slide which is open when a lifeguard is on duty.

Little ones will love the splash park, which ranges from 0 to 3 feet deep, while the slide pool offers fun at a depth of 3 to 3.6 feet. With plenty of space to play and explore, it’s the perfect place for kids to burn off energy and enjoy the water.

Need to chill out? Soak in the hot tub or warm water pool—great for easing sore muscles, bouncing back after a workout, or just kicking back and relaxing. The warm water pool ranges from 3 to 4.6 feet deep.

Important Pool Guidelines:

• Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent at all times while in the pool area.

• A parent is required to be in the water with children age 5 and under.

• Parents must be in the water with any child who can’t swim on their own.

• Children in swim diapers must also wear a rubber diaper cover.

• All ages must shower before entering the water.
